Fransor Industrie History
Set up in October 1962 under the name of FRANCO-SUISSE DENTAIRE S.A.R.L., this company purpose was the trade of precious alloys imported from Switzerland.
FRANCO-SUISSE DENTAIRE is the first company that introduced the use of high tech dental alloys in France which permitted more and more reliable dental treatments and operations as well as a high degree of precision.
In December 1965 this limited liability company (S.A.R.L.) became a corporation (S.A.).
Since 1969, FRANCO-SUISSE has been developing its own range of noble alloys in its 1,800 m2 plant, which had only been imported from Switzerland until then.Its reputation has enabled the company to set up an industrial division in order to produce pieces of machining (screw-cutting) for aeronautics, goldsmith, using precious metals and its fabrication of dental materials.
FRANCO-SUISSE is now named FRANSOR INDUSTRIE S.A., this appellation being more suitable for industrial customers as THALES, MATRA, ALCATEL, SAGEM, DASSAULT...
In March 1994, FRANSOR INDUSTRIE was taken over by Mrs Brigitte MAIFFRET. First of all she gave priority to the quality of the products. She reached her goal in improving the professional qualifications of the personnal and the product reliability.
